Refund and Cancellation Policy

 1. Non-Refundable Fees

All training and membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and charged to your credit card, it cannot be refunded.

2. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please submit a written request via email to info@danielgraciephiladelphia.com This is necessary to stop automatic payments.

3. Final Payment and Facility Access

Upon receiving your cancellation request, a final payment equal to one full month’s membership fee will be charged to your account. After this final payment is processed, you will have 30 days to use the facilities.

4. Responsibility for Notice

It is your responsibility to provide written notice of your cancellation request. Verbal or text message requests are not accepted. 

5. Unpaid Balance

If a member has not paid their balance for two consecutive months without communication, their membership will be terminated, and the balance will be sent to a collections service.
